Marissa K. Holland is employed a Risk Manager, for Hillwood Development Company - a Perot Company, with 22 - years of insurance experience ranging from agency, underwriting, to risk management. Hillwood is a leader in the development, construction, and acquisition of industrial, office, residential communities, and multi-family properties across North America and Europe. 

Ms. Holland is passionate about education and evolving as a professional, which has led to achieving the following credentials:

· B.A. in Corporate Communications from Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri

· Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU)

· Risk and Insurance Management Society - Certified Risk Manager (RIMS-CRMP)

· Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA)

· Property & Casualty license in the State of Texas

· Risk Manager license in the State of Texas.

Marissa currently serves on the Board for the Dallas - Fort Worth Chapter of the Risk Insurance Management Society and has served as a Director for Dallas CPCU Society.
