Eric Biderman

Eric Biderman is Vice President of Legal at Cowbell, a leading provider of cyber insurance. As the Vice President of Legal, Eric heads up Cowbell’s Legal and Compliance Departments. In this role, Eric is responsible for ensuring the company’s legal and regulatory compliance, negotiating key contracts with the company’s partners and stakeholders, managing all Cowbell-related litigation, and assisting Cowbell’s business leaders in connection with fundraising efforts. Eric also serves as the corporate secretary for Cobwell and all of its U.S., Canadian and U.K. subsidiaries.

Before joining Cowbell in May 2022, Eric spent nearly 12 years at ArentFox Schiff where he served as Counsel and an Associate in the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group. Earlier in his career, Eric was an Associate in the Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group of Herrick, Feinstein LLP and an Associate in the Insurance Coverage Practice Group of Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg LLP.

In addition to his role at Cowbell, Eric is a Charter Member of TechGC and mentors emerging companies through the Global Insurance Accelerator. He holds a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in American Studies from Cornell University.
