Bill Dorfner

Bill Dorfner is the Senior Fleet Safety Manager at Nirvana Tech, Inc. He joined the Nirvana team in 2022, bringing 25 years of experience that includes traffic enforcement, accident reconstruction, crash data retrieval and analysis, expert witnessing, consulting, safety management, and public speaking. He holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and is a Certified Director of Safety and Instructor through the North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI). He is also a member of the National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists (NAPARS) and the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA).
